New free mesh out for NZ and AU

Just an additional point to note here, this data isnt just New Zealand, its Australia as well and a chunk north of that, so Kiwi simmers need to be mindfull that its not all about us.

After only looking at the mesh for 10 minutes in the 3 limited locations I have shown, I wont be making a judgement until I have made a proper appraisal of it.
