need map tonight

can anyone get me the map of the srtm areas on simviation in the fs2004 downloads section and email it here to me at work tonight please (thursday 26th)

I need to download some files later tonight but I cannot get them off the Simviation site since they changed to FTP as the work firewall will not allow it - so I need the map to get the file numbers to hunt out on the internet - maybe.
