FSX MULTIPLAYER NOTAM: FRIDAY 20 APRIL

For everything about online flying around New Zealand

Postby JonARNZ » Tue Apr 17, 2007 12:04 am

Hi everyone. This weeks flight takes us back to our World Tour roots yet again, this time a tour of Northland to check out the damage from the recent floods, and provide much needed supplies to the people congregating at the smaller airports around this region. We can expect some interesting flying as weather in the region is still reported as being changable at best, with some rough patches still hanging around.

Navigation freq's have been provided on the map, I suggest you print this out for the flight as it forms your flightplan. GPS is out as are most other nav aids due to the storms, so well be flying by the seat of our pants gentleman, and relying on each other to get through safely.

Looks like we got us a convoy (yee-haw!)
Hopefully there's enough visibility to make visual contact with Nik's aircraft, else I'll get very lost very quickly... sounds great :D

Hmm, VFR will be the name of the game once we are past Kaikohe, Dargaville's the interesting spot given their is nothing to let you find it other than its unique location, before then it should be a doddle
