Yeah dunno? I got in once right at the start then needed to restart cause my mike wasnt working....cant get in again. What a PITA

It just tries to connect and then keeps asking me for the password?? Is that what's happening to you?

Well I had a good / bad night

Good = everyone alse was great

Bad = Me ( rubbish flying, anti-virus kicked me out of FS, Slew problems, Game Spy then kicked me out of FS while I was about to take off from NZCH, sorry about that NZCH Tower :( )

I think my gamespy problem was the same as what you guys had above.

Ok team.........here's the issue.

Tonight Tim hosted the server, due to Jon being away (thanks for doing that Tim  ). It seems that Jon's onternet connection is somewhat better than Tim's. We think this may have been part of the cause. Tim also lost his Gamespy connection early on, this may have been a factor as well.

Monkey.....ATC is done with mics, chat box can be used but its a nightmare, it is often a good move to file your flight plan in the chat box

Chat box is openned using the enter key
The push to talk button is caps lock

I could hear Ian but very, very, very quiet.

Timmo, saw you spawn.......saw you had the correct freq.......but couldn't hear you.

Next week Jon will be back hosting......hopefully it will run some what smoother.

Make sure you do everything you can to get you comp running fast before next week, give it a defrag, close background programmes.

Glad to see those people that did get good connection had fun. :plane:

Yeah, thanks Telecom 'broadband'. More like glorified dial-up! Those who managed to survive the speed wobbles had a great time:

ooOO00OOoo managed the visual approach in the fog- nicely done!

And were it not for h290master flying a perfect ILS approach, we would have had some serious mid air collision over Manukau city

The fog has lifted and despite me departing Auckland first, I still managed to land #2 in Christchurch to this Air NZ retrojet

Me enroute, don't know why I like this repaint so much, I think it's the shimmer off the tail.

Yeah in my hast in shutting down programs to speed things up i think i shut down the software that controls the mic input....so that was a restart....then i couldnt get on after that.
Ah well, next week i guess
