Toprob, that is a really nice image :)

Love how they are checking out their airshow pictures taken on a 1megapixel phone camera :)

Yeah, if you dont get the technique right then yep...such a slow shutter speed is going to be a problem.

I wonder though whether a IS (canon), VR (nikon) or OS (sigma) lens would help with horizontal shake while you control the panning as the plane flies past you?
