Ardmore MiG-21

A place for 'real world' pilots and aviation enthusiasts to discuss their hobby

Hey everyone,

Just wondering, does anyone know where the MiG-21 that has been resident in the Warbirds carpark at Ardmore for some time has gone? I noticed it wasn't there yesterday and based on the condition it was in you would have to be fairly serious if you were intending to move it anywhere.

Info would be appreciated.

Yep, just checked and it's the same one. Hopefully it's looked after properly.

How the heck did they move it there? Take it apart and reassemble it?

I'm pretty sure it wasn't airworthy last time I saw it!
