aparently the emeritas 345 has some sort of cameras on varios parts of the fusealarge, and the pax can view these cameras.. haveing a nose gear view on approach! proably a bit like the new fs10 exterior veiwpoints, sounds prety neat to me.

Most airlines I have travelled on have these, including Gaurda, JAL and Malaysian.

This may just be me, but I find that photo a big turn off.
This is more my thing: http://www.airliners.net/open.file/1180311/M/

hmmmm <_< given their recent safety record, watching my own demise doesn't sound like fun.

Guys sorry to say but the 777 and by default the 767 pretty much have no character (cigar tubes with 2 engines on) I prefer the Emb 190 or the Fairchild Dornier 728 sleek and sexy only regionals but the lines look great ;)

I know that 99.9 percent of you are now going to call me insane and tbh I dont entirely know if I would disagree with you but I watched the video of the A380 landing at LAX and I gotta say she looks really sexy on the flare those wings are really nice looking and I rekon if the do a stretch version of her they will probably have the best looking plane out. :ph43r:

Grat Airbus fan that I am, I fear that even the stretch version may not quite do it...

Now I'm with Dan on that one- not so much the whale-380 though

The vid of it landing at LAX was impressive, just for the fact that something that big and ugly can gracefully fly smoothly and land gently, but I'd hate to see it stretched any bigger.

If they called the A346 the "flying pencil", a 380 version would have to be called the "flying pencil case"

tupolev 124, i think it's a looker from any angle...

modern? hmm...Dornier 328. This will split opinions, but in flying through the alps that thing looks fantastic. The flight deck DVD shown on TV also shows the amazing performance the thing had - on one engine. So beautiful aesthetically and from an engineering perspective.

ok, foe me, like boeings in general, but the sound soo boring (unless powerd by RR) love the RR sound, but i also love the DHL 727 when she takes off, nothing like her when she flies over our place!!!!, love the bandit, worked on a few easy to work with on the ground, same for the saabs and the atrs. all time favourite? hmmmm call me nuts but i love the BAE 146, those four engine hung on a high wing, nothing else looks like them when they were flying around you knew what it was when lookig up, i can't tell some days looking up at the boeing bellys as they fly over what they are some days, look much the same!! and they don't fly over very low either
In the ongoing battle between objects made of aluminum going hundreds of miles per hour and the ground going zero miles per hour, the ground has yet to lose.
