I don't get the whole flying online thing. Apart from real weather, it's no different to flying offline

This reminds me of a spat I had with my old man when I was a young pup. The mud got thrown back and fourth. "I'm right........your wrong" that sort of thing. Dad used that classic quote that I'll never forget "Well, leave home now while you still know everthing!" (I was about your age). These days everything is fine and I can't even remember what the spat was about. I sure your parents are looking out for your best interest. .You'll look back on this and laugh oneday.

Your still a youngster............like it or not.........I'd kill to be your age again.......and I'd do things very differently if I had my time over again.......you young guys have so much time on your hands (you are so lucky).......when your older, you'll find that time isn't as easy to come by. Spread your time around with lots of different things, others hobbies, sports etc.

Just a quick note about education from the net..........anyone can put anything on the net.....right or wrong. Sure, you are learning new skills but you also pick up a massive amount of bad habits.

It's quite funny checking things that I have read on the net posted by the self proclaimed 'godfathers' of FS. When I check this info with real life ATC and pilots its often very wrong.
