can you please post the photos of the f111 that practiced at whenuapai today
at about 1.00 and did anyone film it doing its practice they were ment to be doing practice at 10.30 but apparantly it did'nt turn up till 1.00 and i think the c17 should be arriving at whenuapai tomorrow

Here's a quick video frame grab taken around 1:00PM
One advantage of a practice day is you get to stand on the rwy 30 threshold, on the centreline. B)
Oath! but that thing made a noise.

Found this one at NZWP today.
The insignia looked like something on a gents toilet door I thought :P

Falcon -20 French Aeronavle MR a/c - lives in New Caledonia I think - it is here often for airshows.

just wondering that film you got of the 3 f111's doing its practice today can you put that film on a video tape or dvd

hi

ok i thought there were gona be 3 there but i found out just before that 1 display at whenuapai and 1 display at ohakea and the other one displayed at woodbourne

It sounds like the C-17 has cancelled as it was posted at 1.08 this arvo, a few hours after the other article published at 7 this morning says it would be here :(

good point mate i did'nt see that bit but it will still be an awsome show with the f'111's there but i wonder why the c17 has canceled maybe it might do a surprise pass at the end if it gets back in time

i can honestly say, without hyperbole, that military display was the greatest in human history. didn't take any video, but my dad took hundreds of photos- will post soon

Sweet my camera ran out of batterys so i coudn't take any. Found out it was left on the way there :(
