Just wondering but I can't seem to turn on the instruments. How do I do this? the manual isn't any help. (by the instruments I mean the PFD and the radios etc.)

Isn't it evident?? Boeing are my favourite aircraft.

P.S. that's is my real birthday but I wish to keep my real age secret to keep you all pondering.

Wouldn't you just turn the battery switch on then start the apu? Like that in most boeings. Then of course you have the irs to aling, and program all the stuff for your displays to work correctly..

Should be as simple as:

battery switch: on
standby power selector: on
APU switch: start then run
power source selector switch" flick to apu gen

Try that otherwise find anothor manual :P

Try emailing their support guys, or posting in their support forum, to me it sounds like there is a software issue there. ;)

Is there an avionics master switch?

(dunno, don't fly boeings, but it seems the logical thing to look for. I'd have thought it would be independant of the APU, but just don't expect them to last long on battery power alone.)

When I was using FS9 I used to do allot of my flying in this 737 important things to remember are, like Jimmy said, the APU, battery, avionics, and IRS (this can take a while to get right) I know it can sometimes seem like a lot to read but the POH is essential.
