Nav radio frequency

When i try to change nav freq in the Airbus i can only change to the right of the decimal point.Whats the secret? Also in multiplayer mode can not raise the map facility

1. move the cursor to the outside of the knob to change the bigger frequency digits
2. some servers don't allow you to use the map. maybe because it pauses your aircraft
