Another great day in wgtn, craziness throughout the city with x-games on in the city, a rather large ocean liner berthed as well. Great afternoon for spotting with a strongish and cool southerly bringing the aircraft in over the city.

Check the wheels on this one, left more than right, you can see the smoke just starting to form on touchdown..

And that pesky liner, you couldn't move down the waterfront, and kept the helipro choppers busy...

Another great collection Jon- wouldn't you just love to live up in one of those Mirimar homes overlooking the airport? You could planespot from your balcony! :P

Nice to see -MFT for real, she sat on our banner a few months back when Cbris won the screenie comp.

Good stuff Jon. We really have had a great run of weather here over the last couple of weeks.

You know I think that I saw the 737-400 while I was out in town and the dash 8 approached from over my house (well one did).

Plus did anyone see peter Jackson's World War one/two biplane performing aerobatics?

Isn't it evident?? Boeing are my favourite aircraft.

P.S. that's is my real birthday but I wish to keep my real age secret to keep you all pondering.

Sweet Jon :) The best thing about NZWN, it seems, is that you could go to just about any house on the immediately surrounding hills and do some spotting

Hi Jon ..... Not as Blue and Sunny at Wiggy , the grey camo suited very well , I think i run 2 fast , Nik may have had a mission keepin up :( , in one door out another .. ears sprite up .. RUN ! incoming .. hangon , hauled up by AirForce Chappie .. great mate .. a good source .. have a date to crawl thru the Harvard .. rivet by cable and panel ... get back to that later .. Found 'Nik' again, 'thought' he had his other half with 'Ammie' , incredible girl to keep going thru all this Militair stuff , Zoom off again .. , jezz .. I get so self center'd in a place like that ! maybe with all these weapons someone should have shot me in 1 leg maybe  slow me down a little :(

Yeah all 300's Jimmy, bit deceptive at times but you'd notice the difference next to a 400. I reckon the 400's look flimsy, like a pencil with wings..
