I found a crappy computer in my shed of junk. I mean its a real old thing. Pentium 1, with a 2GB HDD and 32mb of ram. Suprise suprise, its still running well, with Windows 95. So, I want to destroy it. I want to put the most malicious, deadly, computer destorying, virus/trojan whatever. Only problem is, I cant seem to find one on the internet Its suprisingly hard to get a virus on purpose!

Im not risking my network computers, because I am going to use my dialup connection, with only that computer connected


Also, I want to see what happens with it. Will it explode? Will it teleport into the future? We will never know, unless I try it

I did it. Wasnt very interesting though. There were popup adds, "Virus infection" ads, system lock ups and more. In the end, the computer wouldnt even start up windows, because it was so bogged down with all the junk that got installed on it. Now, it says theres no HDD connected

Next, Im gonna get the hd working again, then overclock to the max, and put a stick in the cpu fan. Wonder if i could get some flames out of it B) Dont worry, ill be at a safe distance, ready on the emergency power cut of switch

On an old PC I did this, it was an "ooh I wonder what this switch does" moment.

Some smelly smoke and a large spark.

Didn't seem to affect the power at our place, that was in a rural area as well, anyway, wouldn't the most it would do is blow a fuse?

Oh, and the spark was blue.

i tried it. Not switching the power supply to 110, but overclocking the cpu. I removed the fan, then the heatsink, and turned it on. It went find up to the windows startup screen, then it started smelling funny. I saw a small puff of smoke, and the computer was completely dead. Now, Ive got a funny burnt, brownish green CPU, with a melt hole in the motherboard

yes cause its just the PSU that you need to make it go bang bang, now you just need to get a whole lot of old power supplys and line em all up, bang bang bang bang!
