up at a nice safe altitude as in like 15000'+... nice lady says to him "Ok, lets have some fun, you have control and when i say, push the stick all the way to the left... but whatever you do, dont nudge the stick forward, otherwise we'll end up in spin and will start falling out of the sky mmmKay?" So he's like... "sweet as..."
On cue, he pushs the stick to the left as ordered... then nudges it forward by mistake and the plane drops something like 5000 or 6000 ft in about 10 seconds...
My parents tell me that the cockpit video is v. funny... you can hear my brother going "F**K F**K F**K F**K F**k", while the sky and ground and forwards and backwards are all rapidly changing places outside the window... meanwhile the pilot, calm as anything, cool as ice "I have control"... [she promptly recovers normal aircraft attitude, altitude and speed]... "Ok, lets try that again, but this time, DONT NUDGE THE F**KING STICK FORWARD!" hahahahahaha![]()
And to top it off, when he got back he had to do some major checks on the aircraft due to possible overstressing thanks to his 'unorthodox' maneuvers![]()
[1] Ok, so thats probably not exactly what she said, but I dont have the cockpit video to transcribe![]()
