An area to discuss scenery addons for virtual NZ

Has anybody checked out Robin's Godzone site ??
New Scenery for CD number 5..................

The next 'Real New Zealand' release will be Marlborough, which will include:

Photoreal scenery of much of the Marlborough Sounds and Blenheim;
Accurately modelled Omaka Airfield, Blenheim Airport (Woodbourne), Picton Airfield;
...some other interesting scenery elements:)

Yep, been there in real life. Very picturesque little place. In fact, the whole area is beautiful scenery-wise......... :wub:

when the Marlborough Sounds and Blenheim gets released , u could near fly the entire east coast off the South island in photoreal , Now thats impressive >nzflag< :clap: :clap: :clap:

Sounds like an opportunity for a first in dynamic scenery: Every week (don't want to give Robin too much work :lol: ) the scenery automatically checks a server and downloads some updated bgls. We can then watch as it turns into a building site and gradually new taxiways, apron and buildings appear..... B)

Well, it's a thought!

hovercontrol.com has liquid scenery that does just that ,has been out for ages,so not a new thought at all ....
