Naki, when I go to the store, it only gives me the option of "Pay by USD Credit/Debit Card" or Paypal. I want to use credit card, but will the fact that it says "USD" have any bearing on me purchasing it? I'm sure I've seen an "other countries credit card" option before.

Usually just means you pay in US dollars, credit card companies usually charge a small fee on this I think. ;)

The USD dollars converts to NZ dollars further along the purchase process. Some other firms purchasing processes have options to convert to other dollars earlier in the process

Cheers

Hmm... last night when I went onto the purchase page it had a different looking store to now. Anyone noticed this? I'm a first-time online purchaser, and my dad's faith in online retail depends upon this purchase.

Edit: Added to this, now instead of a Paypaloption on the Captain Sim Ecommerce page, there is a "Non-USD credit card" option.

just remember to factor in the 2.5% foreign currency conversion fee that the banks/credit card companies add on...

if you already have a paypal account payments for such things are instant - all the sites i use such as sim market and the fs pilot shop use paypal - and i'm a big ebayer so i need it anyway, you can of course pay in any currency you want.

anyway, i got the 707 for a whopping £5.23

Does that mean you dont have to wait 3 days for money to get processed from your bank account into your paypal account?
