Finally brought my computer stuff

its coming in the mail now... A video card, 3 fans, a vga cooler, and a wire!

Heres what I have brought: (before and after)

Graphics: 256MB DDR 64bit Turbocache Asus Geforce 7300GS ---- 256MB DDR3 128bit Palit -Sonic Geforce 7600GS.
Case cooling: 1x 80mm fan on front of case.----- 2x SilentX 80mm fan front+2x SilentX 80mm fan back. Iceberq 6 VGA Cooler (Video card to be OC to geforce 7600GT performance)

All this for $300

This will leave my final PC's specs at this:

-Intel Pentium D 930 3.0Ghz
-3GB DDR2 667 RAM
-Windows XP Home Edtition
-400W Icute PSU
-Benq DVD Writer
-3.5" Floppy disk drive
-200GB SATA2 HDD
-Adequately cooled ICute case
-256MB DDR3 Palit Geforce 7600GS with Iceberq 6 VGA cooler. OC 450/1000--- 520/1240 (up to Geforece 7600GT performance, score 11,000 3DMark03.
-Belkin Wireless Keyboard+Mouse Laughing
-MS Sidewinder 3d pro
-Genius Basic PC Speakers
-Dell Phillips 17" CRT Monitor

Total cost: $1200!

I would like to take this oppurtunity to thank all of you here for helping me in my many stupid questions in the Tech Issues forum regarding these things, and I am now a lot wiser

the only potential issue I see, is the PSU.... iCute's are not known for their durability, stability or general ability to maintain their 'rated' outputs and may cause you some problems if you push the machine...

Your vidcard is a 7600GS, so not exactly a power glutten, but oc'ing up to 7600GT will put extra strain on the PSU... as will the 4 billion case fans you have hooked up

However, you only have the 1 HDD and Optical drive, so you may get away with it. Just something to be aware of... If you start seeing issues with vidcard and/or random lockups/restarts, you might want to go get a decent (ie. Enermax or Silverstone) PSU.

icutes cant be ALL bad news can they? Im only guessing its ICute since its got no numbers or words on it, and the person before me said they hadnt upgraded, and its an ICute case
