HTAI Traffic File

The place to ask for help or solve each others technical issues and discuss hardware

Postby Charl » Sun Nov 05, 2006 11:02 am

For the next GNZLAP release I thought I'd offer the option of retaining the HTAI traffic outside NZ.
To do this I'd need to strip out all NZ references in the file.
To do that, I need the original HTAI traffic bgl file which I have thrown away.
I don't want to re-install the package if possible.
Can anyone email me that file please?
Best to respond here, then email, otherwise we'll waste people's time.
Many thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure I have it.

Just tell me the name and it's location and I'll e-mail to ya.

Ah thanks Andrew
You'll find it here:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Scenery\World\scenery"
and the filename starts with "Traffic" and ends with ".bgl"
In the middle will be "HTAI".
I unfortunately don't have the file but that should get you there.

Found it.

It is called 'Traffic_HTAI_CSEP.bgl.bak' for me.

KAG, perhaps you could send it to Charl please because I am on dial up?

Wow!
Sorry guys I didn't realise it was that big.
I think everybody's mail server is going to burp at that one.
I'll breach the license and install it on another computer, burn the file to disk and then uninstall.
Reason I didn't want to try that on the sim machine is it's an installer programme and they tend to jump to the default folder.
That would be cataclysmic as all the GNZLAP is sitting there in various stages and I wouldn't want it overwritten.

Managed OK thanks!
Installed on another computer and transferred the file over, carefully deleting the install behind me...Henry <_<
