i) I am only 17, quite young and inexperienced at running an online community. Instead of continually getting critised for my mistakes, I am handing the admin rights over to members who possess the qualities that I seem to lack.
ii) I have worked dam hard on NZFF, spending a good 2-4 hours on it per day, but I never reep any positive rewards.- only contradictions. Thus, I am giving up.
In my place, I have organized a new team of administrators to forfill my duties. They include a mix of both younger and older members, who can relate to members of different age groups, keeping everyone happy.
Your new admin team are:
Charl- a passionate simmer, exceptional freeware designer and great screenshot artist, he is one of the most active members of these forums.
Toprob- Robin is the man behind the REAL NZ and Godzone, or country's premier payware scenery companys. He has over 10 years of internet experience, and thanks to his line of work, is able to spend much of his day online here.
Alex- another very active member here, Alex is a multiplayer guru, and knows more about fs2004 and ATC than most members here, even though he is still in his teens.
