PM folders error

Hi

I seem to be having a little trouble with my PM folders, it says they're full, so I clicked the "empty PM folders" or something on the side and selected to empty all of them then clicked to empty em, and I returned to my inbox only to see it say it's at 100% and the link under the benner also says "Messenger FULL".

I'd PM you about this Andrew but It's not really gana work as I can't receive anything

Might seem a silly question, but have you deleted your "saved" "sent" and "archive" folders?

haha yup they're empty, I never bother saving my PMs, who would??? lol

So if anyone is trying to send me a PM don't bother cos I wont get it, and just a tip: don't be lazy and hit the clear all folders link cos it will just mess the whole thing up.

Sorry I could not fix this issue sooner for you Jimmy, but I think I have done it now.

What I had to do was reset the PM storage limit for your member group to 0, then changed it up to 200- so everyone now has 4x capacity size than before!

There is an option in the admin settings which I had missed before. I just set it to a higher value- so everyone can have a bit more space.

I think the max forum limit is 16mb, so 50 should keep it not overflowing. No adverts or anything will be displayed.
