RealNZ Wellington....First Impressions

RealNZ Wellington..........................My first impressions.............
Install was flawlessly easy, and instead of including a hard copy manual, as in the first 3 CDs, an electronic manual is included on the CD, both in Word, and PDF format, as most game manufacturers seem to do these days.
On firing up FS9 after all the install steps, and selecting Welly......................
WHOAAAAAAAAA !!!!!!! :D :) :) :o Looking around at all the incredible wealth of detail and beauty in this scenery, words fail me. Awesome, Incredible, Beautiful, Unblievable, Fabulous,....................... they just dont come close to describing what i was seeing around me.
The scenery includes Wellington International Airport and its surrounds, and also Wellington City and the Harbour area, and some well known landmarks.
The photoreal scenery extends up to Paraparaumu, and includes the Airport there.
This is Robin's Finest Hour, and indeed, in my humble opinion, probably one of the best add-on sceneries for FS-9 in the world,........bar none !!!
I'm off to go explore some more of Welly and its surrounds. :)

Lawrie.

Would it be too silly to frame a forum review for my wall? :)
Thanks, Lawrie.

You may do with it as you wish Rob. By all means, use it for any promotional purposes you like, especially if it helps put you on the map, so to speak, or helps promote the sales of Welly.
It is simply my own personal honest feelings and humble opinion of the work, and i'm 100% convinced that anybody who buys this, WILL be blown away by it !!
We all want you to keep going with your wonderful RealNZ works of art.
So , come on guys, support one of NZs own (and best), and shake the cobwebs out of the wallet,................and BUY, BUY, BUY !!!!!

Lawrie.

You too, can get connectd...a six-pack for the postie at Christmas creates a year-round understanding

My penny's worth:
I held my breath about seeing the sea climbing up the runway south end, lived with that for a loong time.
The sea wall/armouring is a great workaround, and worth the price of admission alone!

Yep, your right Charl. Its real strange approaching Welly and not seeing that sea climb uphill after seeing it for so long (gone, and definately forgotten now) :P
And dont you just love those animated jetways :D
Hmmmmm,.................... might try the 6-pack thing,................. although in my case, i think she would prefer few bottles of Wine. Hic'
