Finally Sorted

Well after 4 weeks of nothing but problems trying to connect I finally ditched Telecom in favour of supporting a competing provider.

Probably I could have got this sorted faster but with moving house, A three year old daughter and working 6 day 13 hour days. Finally I got two whole days off, yea and I spent one of those days sking to sort this issue out.

Seems the ADSL Router was rooted! Pain in the butt as they said I could use Dial Up. Ok thats fine except the PC I built I did not include a Dial up Modem even if I did I could not use the thing for long as we have no back cellphone coverage which means more problems. ADSL is a communication life saver!

What I have not missed is the crap thats been going on in my absence of which a few people have credited to me or assumed I am using those as a Alias. Some people have even stuffed up and assumed that the person who registerd as me was me. Bad news guys you got it wrong!!!

So before people decide to throw accusations about then try to add 1+1 and make 3 Use your brain and ask yourself is it real or is it made to beleive to think its real. The question I want to ask is why? You dont know me other than in cyberspace so why act like complete morons?

I didn't see this post earlier as I too have been working long hours last week in the South Island (charged out 72 hours last week, only making the company owners' money I'm afraid, and making me tired - but I did get to visit and finally meet Alister, which I am grateful of!) and so far this week have been in catch-up mode.

Anyway, I want to clear the air, and put my hand up as being confused, and possibly adding to the confusion. I was under the impression that you were here in duplicate and for that, I apologise if it caused offense. It wasn't intended to upset, it was as I saw it.

I responded to a post by Zenith and called him "Colin", after reading a few subsequent posts perhaps I got it wrong. Sorry about that too, Zenith


Of course it is possible to have more than one person with a name Colin as members here, I know ZK-GPM is Colin as he was the one who told me about the forum on msn messenger on 30 April, so maybe I have a slim chance of getting it right lol.

I think I'll now stick to calling people by their screen names, unless I know 100% their real name in case I mess anyone else up It would be a real good idea if we all completed our personal profile to get to know each other better, or even better, put some info in the Introduce Yourself thread .
