Hello all. I know I'm not the cleverest where FS2004 is concerned but I hope somebody can help me get this package to work.

I followed the instructions to the letter but when I select a flight, ie Dakota arrival. Fs says 'can't find VFR Tekapo to Wanaka flight plan'. Incidently this actually sets the date to the 15/4 not 14/4 on my system. I have no planes showing up at all.

I don't understand the significance of the Duxford airfields either. Sorry to be so dumb but I would love to see this work. :(

Mmm...
I see the readme has an oops in telling you where to put the AFCAD2 file:
Flight Simulator 9\Scenery\World\Scenery
It normally goes in :
Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery\Scenery
so put it there. Right click and search this folder for any other NZWF files and rename them, eg F1UT_NZWF.bgl to F1UT_NZWF.bak
In the RealNZ Wanaka Scenery subfolder (you have installed RealNZ scenery for Wanaka, haven't you?) rename the AF2...file extension as above (can't remember its name I'm afraid)
Check that you have traffic enabled while running FS:
Alt/Options/Setting/Traffic and check the boxes, make sure the slider is over to the right.
Ignore the flightplan warning
Ignore the Duxford airfields - we're only using their aircraft here.
Have a little patience as the AI takes some time to sort itself in the sim. (You can speed up to 4x until it arrives).
Climb in your Spitfire and see if you can stay with the Mustang!

Thanks Charl. I didn't believe I was the only one who had found problems so I thought I must be doing something wrong. I thought the Duxford package was only needed for the planes. Thats cool. I'll be up and flying tonight!
