These are good nightshots, something that usually never really works in the sims.
But Aerofly does handle all those light points - even AFS2 as I recall.

It's a big place alright - AFS doesn't have photogrammetry, but their autogen is well aligned with the street layout, and all the buildings are lit, so anyone can get these nice effects.
