Looks to me like the 20m mesh, and also possibly the landclass and a custom texture set...

Definitely Mountains Of NZ, but since you can't see any roads or water I can't comment on R&R of NZ.

I can answer youre question,.............. it was ME that built the scenery in the pic.
Yes, its BOTH Mountains of NZ and Roads and Rivers of NZ. (what used to be known as the RBE 20m mesh, and the RBE NZ Topo Scenery.)
