My favourites in that list would be Mt Cook, Queenstown and Nelson airports.

Timaru, Rotovegas with Tarawera and Dunedin are awesome! The waitakeres can make for some great sunset screenshots also. Found in the above link from Albatross.

Edit: nearly forgot Coromandel.
