The voucher is located at http://www.dse.co.nz/pages/dsefriendsfam.html. You must take a printed copy with you to the store. It should bring the price of FSX down to about $72.

Dont be too harsh... You have to remember that:
DragonPC is like a couple of guys... working out of spare rooms in their flats... overheads = $
DSE has lots of staff, flashy stores, in expensive to rent locations... overheads = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$"Son, we are about the break the surly bonds of gravity, and punch the face of God." -- Homer Simpson

Now I'm officially confused - The MS website only lists one service pack which FSX waved in my face the second time I ran it. If there is another service pack to go on wouldn't FSX also be waving that in my face ? Still, for $40 I might as well grab it ...

I've always been a bit wary of DSE prices, considering they have 200+ stores, they should be the cheapest of all the retail stores, but the fact that the one-off locals can beat them must mean huge profits for DSE. Still, I guess that most of their customers prefer the convenience.Chairman wrote:QUOTE (Chairman @ Mar 15 2008, 04:07 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Now I'm officially confused - The MS website only lists one service pack which FSX waved in my face the second time I ran it. My understanding is that you need to install SP1 before SP2. Both are available from the FSInsider site. FSInsider says this:
IMPORTANT: If you have already installed Flight Simulator X: Acceleration expansion pack, do not install Service Pack 2.
IMPORTANT: You must install Service Pack 1 before installing Service Pack 2.
...which seems pretty clear.
