Interesting , prices lower .. looks like FSX may still be the 'Kick Ass' sim , all the developers are gluing to this base .. for starters you may be disappointed .. add the many payware and freeware and wham bamm thankyou mam , the result is well screened and proven .. course this morn this posted recent mail tells it all .

Flight Canceled, Long Live FSX
Well, that was fast. Microsoft has officially pulled the plug on the online Flight product. We believe this to be good news for FSX fans. Gone will be the confusion over the future of the Flight Simulator series and which version is the newest. Plus, developers can again focus on continuing development on the FSX platform, which will continue indefinitely. Just check out some of the great new releases below for examples of how FSX just continues to evolve and add exciting new content! Long live FSX!

Yeah I think most would second the Gold suggestion, a few addons now that required Accel pack
