**Please note the fan switch on the front of the case is unserviceable due to overheating of the power cable. The previous person I got it off tried plugging a molex power cable directly into their power supply, silly move. I purchased the case at an extremely good price so I am not expecting much markup on it due to this issue. However the case is undamaged and is one of Corsair's newest cases on the market, a very tidy case it is. All you need to complete this monster build is a power supply (min 650Watt and around $250) and memory ($125 for 8GB 4x2dimms). I have flashed the bios to the latest version for stability as per manufacturers recommendations.

let's just say that for about $2000 you could have a complete working PC if you include PSU and memory, which you will not find in any retail store at this price.

All this for $1650.

Just been doing some juggling and tweaking of this deal and edited my initial post accordingly. I will end up putting on Trade Me if no one is interested. I am not as rushed to sell as noted earlier.

Interested, yes, dollars available, no... Hope you get a sale here tho so you avoid the TM sales-tax. What about putting it up on sella or EzyAuction for a week or 2? I know they have only a fraction of the TM traffic, but no sales-fee-tax...

I have just this moment added to another forum I visit with a sale thread, this will avoid fees and such. I know most people won't be able to afford this, especially in the general community who run 2600k/2700k systems. I expect that, for the price, this won't take too long to sell.

Yes it is. I have reviewed the price for this rig and broken down the costing below as I had made an error with the cost above. However, if you are interested we can discuss further.

I just need to clarify a few items with reference to my initial price offer. I had miscalculated the cost slightly.

See below for the cost breakdown of the items in question. Below is RETAIL cost only not my offered price

that's $2500 All up if you purchased brand new. All this for $1650.
I apologise for my underestimation of my pricing (I would make a terrible accountant). I was a little ahead of myself. You can see the obvious discount here. This will include warranty on mainboard and cpu, i'll dig out the recepit.
