Since I installed Real Enviroment Pro, I am noticing these random annoying, FPS hugging clouds in every weather theme I use, even when set to clear with 0% clouds!

Anyone know how to get rid of them?

These look like the clouds that come with one of the gliding scenery addons -- from memory it makes thermals visible by showing these funny clouds.

Not amazing, always really low down for some odd reason.

Right on the money- Thanks :D

It was an addon I installed around the same time as R.E.P. called nzealand.zip off AVSIM

All fixed now cheers

...next question: Anyone know how it is possible to keep the VOZ autogen installed without the rest of the VOZ scenery VOZed in?

I reckon that cloud looked pretty nice too, and I personally like Real Environment, it doesn't affect my fps, perhaps there is something else installed you have forgotten about?

LOL Trolly, I dare you to go a month without installing something only to uninstall it ... go on :P

A couple of Aim120s could take care of it :D there again maybe not.

Do you mean nzealan.zip by Fransisco Vargas? If so am I the only one who has no thermals within winch launch of Woodbourne/Omaka?
I could use his 2002 Omaka but the clouds are grotty.

Pfft! Thats impossible

I have a habit of trying to improve me sim, being temporarily happy with that I have, then changing my mind and starting the cycle again!

Isn't that what it's all about, trying different things to see how they work? Then when you figure out what works you've lost the file, and start the cycle all overlooking for it. ;)

Howdy,

LoL. Simple; move to the West Coast. It's my understanding they've had excellent weather for some time now.
