Fortunate the typical N/West blow did not happen or least was calm through the city , on a norm this time off the year with this type of weather comes a Southerly and that after the warm affect N/W comes with rain and could come with a powerful cold front .

Ta for the weather report, Ian... smile.gif ...!

As a matter of interest, Ian, which season are you into now, which would bring what sort of general weather conditions, for both Islands?
(Its opposite to ours for the time of year...always confusing!)... winkyy.gif ...!

Its the beginning of September here now. Summer is coming to an end, and "golden trees" Autumn is on its way, as the weather gets cooler.

Were course still in winter , but heading into the blustery summers , the norm on a hot day with North Westers wind strength would be very damaging after this little shake up , then since early in the season change a good blow could come up threw the South .. a double edged sword .
