Ahhh it's becoming clearer, I hope Ted joins NZFF and finds out how to get more from his system smile.gif

I used to buy (even subscribed) to NZ PC World, but it sort of went off the boil a few years ago. I'm still a member of the Forum, actually one of the early members, still got a PC World T Shirt at home after being part of a group that indexed the early PCW CD's.

Hope to see ya here soon Ted, glad the mystery is over !

I did get a very nice email from Ted, which I won't go into, but I will say that he came across as a very sensible and down-to-earth guy. Ok, I will quote him just this once, as I think he was a bit concerned that his comments of low FPS would be taken as putting FSX, NZ scenery, and 'Real NZ' scenery, is a negative light.

I hope I have not upset you talking about single figures and NZ scenery. I think your scenery is fantastic and am eagerly waiting your Auckland scenery and whatever else you may produce. Yes someone did spot my name on the ARNZ web site became I won a copy of "Across the STRAIT" from you and Jon...
The single figures came from screwing the sliders up to near maximum flying over high density cities of which Auckland is one, but could be because Auckland is 2004.[/quote]

Fair enough.
