Hello there. Turangi makes a good base for sightseeing around the central plateau so that's where I started from but in that pea soup I couldn't see the airfield well enough to land so I ended up diverting to Taupo. The airport not the lake! :P I'm using Active Sky's latest which would be v6.

Well, it does what you describe when I depart Whenuapai, and works just fine out of Invercargill, maybe the XML coding is strange that way.... To stop the props: Press E1...4 to command only the outer engines. Press CTRL-Shift-F1 to cut them. Press CTRL-F1 to feather. Press E2...3 to command inner 2 engines. Wait patiently for the No. 1 & 4 fans to wind down. Take screenshot!

I'm glad you figured out how to use Orbiter Jimmy. Thanks for sharing your shots. P.S. If you want to check your spelling, highlight your post and copy it into Word, then hit F7 and afterwards copy and paste it back to the forum.

$40 - $45 at the time if I remember, I see it's US$29.95 which is about $47.00 now. Works out a lot cheaper than a movie ticket, per hour. ;) Although, I just went and caught the new Superman movie - that was well worth the $12.50 ;) Great pics as usual Charl, love the B200 B)

Nope, not 'mine', but I fly on Vatsim often as Mike Alpha Tango (as ZK-MAT I have logged 95hours and 27 mins out of 309 hours overall), so it's a bonus having the actual plane so close to home.

So theres no shop that I can walk into and just buy a boxed addon? :( Not to my knowledge. I bought mine through PMDG as a download. If want the box version than the closest "shop" as muppet said is through PC AVIATOR. You can also use direct debit through them if you haven't got a credit card.

Not quite... There are a lot of rumours and misinformation around concerning the RNZAF's strike aircraft. The Skyhawks have been stored at Woodbourne in Blenheim, and are in the process of being cleared for sale to a private American firm who will operate them in a dissimilar air combat role on contract to the USAF. They are just waiting for the final clearance from the US government. This is necessary because of the very high-spec avionics/weapons fit on them. All the Skyhawks were upgraded to full 'Kahu' standard and were superior in avionics and weapons capability to all but...
