This is the screenshotforum isn't it? Well, after the lessons of Natas2003, Trolly and Zöltuger a little test. Two years ago I got a flightlesson in a Cessna 172. The week before I spend every evening at the lessons in FS9. The whole flight was as in the sim, only runway 23 at EHGG was twice the one in the sim. Unfortunally a Dutch license costs about 10.000 Euro and we still have some horses down in the grass...... On this picture the place we live. The little farm in the middle left from the road, between the road to the left and the river Hunze in the green-yellow fields. It's...

It would do , with cabin , I don't have any influnce , just the typical pretty 'please' fingers crossed and eye closed hoping . I should finish of the old Mount Cook 748 paint , the 68 debut , the International MC and the 70s to mid 80s Scheme . I no the pilot guy who first flew the plane in to NZ thought bee good to get some log book details , the MC Intl is the interesting 1 , used as a medvac ops in asia mid 80s B)

Thanks for all your comments. I too read that article, very interesting. I saw one flew over the other day with this particular paint scheme and I said to myself, I wonder if Mr Tavendale did something about it ;) a quick search at AVSIM resulted in exactly what I was looking for. A fantastic paint job John if your reading this. The airfield is actually a challenge to land on. I couldn't find it at first and flew past it, eventually got myself into a tight spot before managing to get out with some very dodgy flying . In the picture,it is on the lower left where you can see a bit of flat...

I too bought the 4 cds some time back, but being mostly an IFR pilot I didn't like the patchyness of the sceneries. They are fine flying around down low and inside the area, but up above at speed, the just show as blurry textures as you fly over that particular area. I'd rather fly over all photo real textures for the whole country, or all more mundane textures for the whole country.. not a patchwork quilt of textures :) (not to say they are not fabulous low and slow) I even tried the huge Canterbury VFR scenery someone released, but that was even worse. Arriving into Christchurch in...
