Quite right about the performance figures... our pilots who fly those STs all report that she flies excellently. OK, there is extra form drag, but there is also vastly improved stability. Well, maybe not vastly... We have five flying, four in the Airbus livery and one "white" which is used for non-company transports occarionally. I think it has even been lent to some government to do an aid delivery to help out disaster relief. A pity UPS would never really own one (AFAIK), but then again, it is not a "mass" transporter, rather a "volume" transporter, and since...

Actually they aren't in production anymore, the last one was built last year I think, so they were until recently. They weren't ever a great success for Boeing and I always thought it didn't really make sense to have an aircraft that was essentially competing with the 737 series.

What speed where you guys flying at to keep together? And since when did Virgin Blue change their colours from red to silver?? Thanks Trolly, I just flew as fast as I needed to keep up with him, he was slowing down as he descended so I was slowing down most of the time. ;) Its probably just an old MTL model. :P Alex

I have been using Bill Lyons for about a year and did not know of Warwick Carter's model untill you linked me. I dont know why Jenks doesn't like it because I love it! It's heaps better than Bills one which I think was originally fs2002 payware... anyway, keep up the good work! I look foward to the download link at the end of the month!
