Talking about olden Times...and the year "2006".... Anyone remember the flight sim forum; "Simviation"... started by Pete Daly ? I jonined it in 2006, and have been a Member there ever since, popping in every day! It was the Lads in Simviation that dragged me kicking anf screaming into FSNZ in 2010, when a tour of the Australia and New Zealand Coast was organized, and took place, in Multiplayer... on line! The one thing that has always got me permanantlty attached to FSNZ is the "Chat" forum, where i can have fun with evey day! ...and dont forget the Motorcycle...

Thanks Guy's. As for the water, I use FEX and all I did was mix and match untill I come to a combi that looks good and realistic enough for me. I have water at Mid on the slider within FS which I find is a nice balance visually and performance wise.If you have FEX try using "Dark" along with anything "choppy" from the animation box but be subtle. I'm sure you'll come up with something even better ;)

Congratulations to TOPROB for receiving the most votes! Sorry for the late response with the banner guys, this thread did actually close on Thursday night as stated, but I haven't been able to spend long enough at the computer since then to sort this poll out.

Thanks for the comments guys! I forgot what the scenery is but I think I got it from The aeroplane model I think is quite old and doesnt have all the bling that newer models have. However it is my favorite A300 for FS9 and is very well done. Small touches like the A300 double-flash strobe make all the difference - in addtion to the great sounds and excellent panel by Simon Topmann! QUOTE By the way, those two big white things on the wings are generally referred to as engines, not motors I will try and remember, I have always called them motors for some reason :givein:

Robin's payware REALNZ Wanaka package. If you only ever buy two scenery downloads, and you like warbird flying, get this package. This bird is currently only available at , search for the filename "i-153_update_vvs.zip". I'm hoping to hear from the guys who uploaded it to see if I can re-upload it to AvSim and FlightSim. She is freeware.

QUOTE (Charl @ Apr 2 2008, 08:52 PM) I have that sitting in the downloaded files box, and just somehow don't get there. I'm hoping you can give a solid recommendation that it won't end up in tears after hours of fruitless tweaking and fiddling... :D LOL! Seriously, after about 10min reading the read-me files, and carefully doing as it said (at the time I first installed it, I'd only had a computer for about 6 weeks - that was about 3-4yrs ago) I had some monster thermals cranking! To start with, in the CCS Control Panel, make sure you have the...

Robin, ever since I first caught a glimpse of I-16 Number 9/ZK-JIN in the 1996 WoW book I've been smitten with them. Upon its arrival in March 98 the Chaika took hold of my affections, and if I got to fly one of the two for real, it would be the 153. Seeing them at Wanaka and Masterton over the last 4 years has only served to increase my love for the Ishak and the Chaika. John Lanham's displays in "Bipoli Seven-Five" in particular have caught my imagination and given me something to aim toward. Re photo coverage, I'd like to think the lack of pics is simply due to the...

QUOTE (Fauville @ Mar 31 2008, 07:05 PM) , Ian's looks (going by the reg NZ ??40) suspiciously like the scheme that comes included with the AH corsair (or has he been busy) TYPICAL ME ... Project started ..completed .. Never post it , then find original starting post , this , totally new again since AH did not work so well in FSX :) maybe some other scenery or paint put this another look at NZ40 , lot of missing texture  all that energy
