Talking about olden Times...and the year "2006".... Anyone remember the flight sim forum; "Simviation"... started by Pete Daly ? I jonined it in 2006, and have been a Member there ever since, popping in every day! It was the Lads in Simviation that dragged me kicking anf screaming into FSNZ in 2010, when a tour of the Australia and New Zealand Coast was organized, and took place, in Multiplayer... on line! The one thing that has always got me permanantlty attached to FSNZ is the "Chat" forum, where i can have fun with evey day! ...and dont forget the Motorcycle...

Hahaha thanks guys! Ian - I'm tempted to do a BD-5 and Mignet HM.14 formation....sadly I don't think the Pou would be able to hold station! :P Paul, I'm very jealous - one of my regular videos to watch growing up was Air Expo 92, and watching the BD-5J strut its stuff made a big impression on me. That, and the take-off of the Zero replica.....loooow..... Kiwi - I dunno, I'd give it a go. Not the jet one though. Daniel - thanks for sowing the seed!

QUOTE I bet this has happend a few times in real life Unfortunately it has. 25 October 1993 a GAF Nomad ZK-NOM did exactly that into the Franz Josef Glacier and killed all on board. Nice shots of the Porter.

Damn! No wonder I don't remember....I last saw Man With The Golden Gun when I was 12!!!! Got the FSX BD-5 set. The prop one flies fantastic in FS9, was a mean machine! (I'll take some screenies of mine somewhere in NZ tomorrow) But the programme crashes if I try to load the BD-5J :( . So I just use the FS2002 one instead! Shame, cos the FSX one looks so pretty, and actually has the Octopussy paint! Dammit Daniel, now you've got me wanting to invest in a REAL BD-5!!!!! *checks bank balance but the result is too depressing*

QUOTE (Trolly @ May 13 2008, 07:04 PM) Wow that model looks amazing, it just might have to be my next payware investment! You can only buy this aircraft with the whole Airbus package ay- or can you buy it separately? Only with the whole Airbus package, but the entire Airbus and Beoing pack is perfect for your sort of flying Andrew. (Fairly simple IFR on lower-spec computers)

Superb! Tell ya what, Paul Rebuffat's models are a real sweet find. If you want a decent-looking late-Merlin Spit for free then go for these. Plus, if you get the XVI, you can get paints for TB863/ZK-XVI..... ;) Nice shots! A hearty well done! And good to see an Aussie warbird on here, too.
