Our initial job is to encourage developers to produce their own scenery for use with VLC, and I would imagine that this would be freeware. But once the groundwork is laid here, I'll be shifting back to payware, with an emphasis on VLC-compatibility. In some ways this is very similar to Orbx in Australia, in that there is a good selection of freeware releases to compliment Orbx stuff. (I can...

QUOTE (Canuck @ Feb 5 2011, 03:11 PM) Absolutely stunning shots! You can just about hear the pilots teeth chattering. How long did it take to get to that altitude? Thanks Canuck....i felt cold just simming it. /winkyy.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= ;) border= 0 alt= winkyy.gif /> OD and Adam....sorry, i wasnt clear....its part of the first class simulation "hawker heroes" package ...payware..........to be honest , the fury is the only one worth keeping. They include a tempest, hurri, typhoon and the fury (all fsx)......not sure if their are any freeware furys....

I was thinking either Elmer Fudd or Mr. Magoo. Maybe making it a bit steathy would improve its chances against anything bigger/faster than a sparrow.

QUOTE (Olderndirt @ Feb 1 2011, 03:27 PM) ... but for a guy whose personal gyros are tumbling more and more often, it don't take much /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif /> . Hey! I resemble that remark! /blink.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= blink.gif /> What a wonderful way of putting it. One of my better "senior moments" was when I went into a local pharmacy to ask for some of that herbal stuff that improves memory " ... except I've forgotten what it's called!"...

QUOTE (Ian Warren @ Feb 4 2011, 07:31 PM) Mark , the early MkI KLB without the serial had no fin flash either nor the yellow around the roundel . Thanks for the feedback Ian...where I'm headed with this one is to represent P9390 as she appeared on the day she was spot down over Dunkirkirk. Pictures I have from both Al Deeres "Nine Lives" and Brendon Deeres fantastic book on the restoration of PV270 indicate the she had the yellow ring on the roundel, though it was a non standard width, as well as the fin flash. What I'm not clear on is the colouring of the...
