Wow Adam that one made me blink - it belongs on the masthead for the whole month, so much to see! It gets a week only ;) then back to the random banners. I'm using GSX a lot now - and have to say I'm amazed at how much detail they cram into all their systems & animations. I often sit there and do the whole works, catering, icing etc. before the usual boarding and refuelling etc.

Screenshots don't do it justice really. Its almost a totally different experience in the sim, thanks to the moving airport cars and everything else just looks better in motion. Great job done by Flightbeam on this one. I was expecting a big frame rate hit, but I was still hitting 38-40 fps no problem. Just a few loading jitters on rare occassion but that was it.

Thanks Martin /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif /> , So many historical paints that could be done .. have to get it looking the part , biggest problem is finding out the information and getting it correct or least give the feel of the theaters through out the period , i guess add a little till can be corrected or as close as possible and again today we have the painting skills and programs to do history and give it a real BONUS !

Yes, the military AI world is currently much more active than the flyable one. And here is another announcement from Mike Pearson: The Su-7/9/11 family will be one of his early projects in 2014. For those who did not check into my AI aircraft poll recently: Mike is also close to release his Bear, and Rainer Mehlin has started with the Su-22 Fitter (and in this case he has started with a flyable Fitter which is close to be released now).

QUOTE (toprob @ Dec 2 2013,5:36 PM) That's actually the Awesome Foursome paint. I just dragged it into P3D. Well that's a Great launch platform , along the same ideal and base of those 7 years back .

Wah Wa Wa What ya talking about not a New Zealand participation , surprisingly many New Zealander's were instrument in creating the ATC for 'Operation Vittles' and something picked up'd borrowed then used for a decade later and one primary person was Christchurch person Ron Tait , was a regular guide at the Wigram Museum . ... strange look thru your history books and he will pop up , .. the beginning of Air Traffic Control in New Zealand was based from his experiences .

Sometimes it can be a pain butt with some areas with a paint and the worst happens to the glazing and prop texture , i wonder if you can simply replace them with another four/five bladed type or use to compare the Alpha's they use .. sometimes the problem is built into the model and little that can be done about it .
