Wow Adam that one made me blink - it belongs on the masthead for the whole month, so much to see! It gets a week only ;) then back to the random banners. I'm using GSX a lot now - and have to say I'm amazed at how much detail they cram into all their systems & animations. I often sit there and do the whole works, catering, icing etc. before the usual boarding and refuelling etc.

QUOTE (Ian Warren @ Feb 21 2014,9:22 AM) This is were i thought the Mega scenery group may look and ask the UK outfit when they released the AGN for their scenery, maybe worth a look into it . Not sure what the chances are there. They are probably going to release their own product, and fair enough. That aside, Auotgen'ing a photoreal scenery is extremely time consuming, and that would come at a massive increase to product cost and mean far less of the world could bve covered than what is currently being released. So, either you have small-scale photoreal, with new releases maybe...

QUOTE (Ian Warren @ Feb 20 2014,10:33 PM) Arr yeah .... this is were you bleed the AGN in .... its a cunning plan .. like pinning a tail onto a Harvard and calling it a F-16 /winkyy.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= ;) border= 0 alt= winkyy.gif /> Good thing is that most add-on airport sceneries can just be plonked right on top of photoreal with few hard compatibility issues /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif />

QUOTE (zk2704 @ Feb 20 2014,7:01 PM) Nice shot Terry, so those airports in your shots are part of ORBX NZNI and NZSI although I have VLC installed. Thats right Zain - one of the features mentioned is ''All major and many minor airports upgraded'' - It has nothing to do with VLC

QUOTE (scaber @ Feb 18 2014,8:02 PM) More goodies Marty, good dynamic shots. But what's this topic 'Just a Spit'? The Spit is so much more than that. It's the essence of my flying dreams back from the days of those BW war comics (small A5 size if you are old enough to remember them). I did see a war comic that moved away from the Spitfire .. I must source a bookshop that sells these .. is under the old War Library/Commando but in the ME or Vietnam , should have thought of asking were you get the comic from these days.

Now I wonder again if someone is looking at automated AGN , they did that for the UK photo-real so be an interesting question , other question is how far away is the Hawaii region ?

QUOTE (tomkilpatrick @ Feb 17 2014,5:19 PM) But there's not need to be antsy-pantry about each others screenies. Like yeah, good on you for posting the screenshots, but regardless, there's always room for improvement. Like Marty posted on my thread a few days ago, I didn't take it personally, it happens. And usually it's in a kind nature. Couldn't image anybody saying anything malicious about each others work - only constructive criticism /winkyy.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= ;) border= 0 alt= winkyy.gif /> At the end of the day - "Out there doing...

It looks, that this flight has some fans... Let me tell you one trick. Every virtual pilot has his experience with the performance of the FSX, Sometimes I think about the new P3D, but... I have a lot of aircraft and scenery, where the compatibility is questionable. And I want to fly,not to build up and remove and remove and build up... I have an meanwhile 3 year old I5 760 for my flights, and the grafic board is a ATI 7700 ... Meanwhil a I7 of the last generation is standart for the developper of addons for the FSX. So I have only one chance to fly such things. ... find the compromise. For me...

QUOTE (Ian Warren @ Feb 16 2014,8:58 AM) Nice Screens , I had to have a little chuckle at the ORBX Westport scenery .. the International BP fuel truck is the size of a kids toy or go-cart /rolleyes.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= rolleyes.gif /> Yeah some of the Orbx objects are a bit average - but it makes the smaller airports a bit better
