Wow Adam that one made me blink - it belongs on the masthead for the whole month, so much to see! It gets a week only ;) then back to the random banners. I'm using GSX a lot now - and have to say I'm amazed at how much detail they cram into all their systems & animations. I often sit there and do the whole works, catering, icing etc. before the usual boarding and refuelling etc.

Thanks for looking gents (again) that DC-10 is very basic , but more than adequate for my purpose , its an HJG model. The A-350 is a CAMSIM model , both of course are priced right ...NZD 0 :) Two very good looking a/c .

Very nice. Great to see some local shots. I've been looking closely at the Carenado 1900D for a wee while now, as something bigger than my single engine GA lineup but not in the tube-liner space that I don't really feel ready for. I've not bought it yet for a couple of reasons. Air NZ is retiring them soon which would eliminate the whole "this is what they fly" feeling, in which case maybe I should be looking at the ATR or Majestic options. The second reason is that I've got plenty of learning to do with the single engine stuff, and have the Turbine Duke V2 ready to go when I want a...

I have seen them out off Christchurch and seemingly using a lot off runway, they where vaunted as the worlds longest range airliner in the mid 1990s , that maybe the answer, a full load.

Brings back memories :) I wonder if that hole in roof is glazed... would be a heck of a draft... This aircraft replaced the the Starlifter, they put the telescope in the front portion on the C141 , on the that aircraft it was open to the elements, the operators were open to the outside , think I recall up to 26,000 ft course well wrapped up and on O2 , I don't know anything about the the SP , there was talk that they were looking at a sealed observatory due to the optics getting better, be nice to see a doco on the aircraft and its missions here. I had the chance to look through the...

Its funny 20 years ago, aircraft had no true shape, look head on to and the tail looked like an aerial wire, it has come a long way and when Project Sky released their 747 I could honestly say I spent a good hour and a half just walking around the undercarriage .. simply studying the model . It was the Wigram build that Adrian and Ian Brausch come into the mix with in 1998 with their P-3 Orion and the C-130 , then Clive Ryan put in the 2D photo real C-130 cockpit .. revolutionary times that was .. WOW using keypad for your cockpit views WOW!
