NZFF

The Aerostar series is a remarkable development and there have always been more or less good replicas of aircraft from this series, since the MSFS 2004 and certainly before that... since the 98. A2A aircraft have never disappointed me. I think this will be interesting, even for me. It could be a good addition to my “Black Square fleet”. The Carenado planes have largely been sorted out and are rarely used... except for nostalgic reasons, the Cessna 182RG “Skylane”, which we started with in 1990, and the Piper “Seneca” V, which I used to fly from Keflavik via Greenland to Bangor in Maine... was...

After making those bold comments in the other 146 post (about Wanaka being similar to NZMC) I thought I would check.So I paid $30 or so bucks for Wanaka, I certainly hope I was not influencing or motivating you to cough up 30 bucks to buy that scenery! All very nice shots, especially the Dak..if you use your imagination you can almost hear it...at least I can :rolleyes: The US AFSOC have an armed version of the Air Tractor for use in COIN work.

Ah, That One Small airfield, big heavy jet. Did they attach the catapult harness onto the wings?? That silly long nose gear looks very fragile. Yep, that series. It's brilliant TV. The cat bridle was hooked to the wings on all Phantoms. The FG1 had a 40 inch nose gear extension next to the F4Js 20 inch extension to account for the shorter catapult run on the British Carriers.

Yes I can recall a similar adventure out of Port Douglas, years ago. The little ones threw up in the boat. As to the scenery: I have a bad habit of binge buying, and not cataloguing what I have. ^_^ I had to go looking for this one, and thanks for asking: I missed out on the second half of the story! It's a bundle of Hamilton Island plus Reefworld by AUscene, very good quality I thought. My copy came from Contrail. Now I'll go explore the rest, this time in my trusty Aussie R44.

CS should stick to this market, that is truly beautiful. I will buy it, just for my end-of-year foray into VR. The one in AFS2 blew my socks off, this looks better by a good margin.

Pretty sure Mount Cook only flew ATRs (for only about years part of Air NZ) into Mount Cook and HS- 748s (as an independent) before that. Yes you are correct about those two planes flown into NZMC by Mount Cook airline. Also, DC-3s by same airline also flew to NZMC too. I am still searching vast superhighways of Internet looking for any photo proof of BAE146s operating to NZMC by Ansett New Zealand. Regards, Aharon
