Your FS Modules folder. Upon initialisation, it will create an .ini file (editable with Notepad) in your main FS folder. The default save is 1 minute (but this is can be changed to whatever you think appropriate). It really is a godsend programme, especially when doing a final approach and your rig CTDs.

It sounds like a program is automatically trying to open the file or something. Usually, you'd just get a standard prompt asking you where you'd like to download the file to. From there you would extract it using a program like WinZip or WinRar, then follow the instructions contained within the readme. /winkyy.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= ;) border= 0 alt= winkyy.gif /> Alex

I've got an X52 + Rudder Pedals (Saitek), I couldn't imagine flying well with the keyboard/mouse anymore, would be very difficult for me. /rolleyes.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= rolleyes.gif /> Alex

Sorry I didn't realise that this had already been posted. Feel free to remove it. Yes it is great fun. The last couple of days I have been attempting high speed (700 kts) inverted low passes along the runway at NZAA in the Mirage. Quite difficult to maintain directional control when inverted.........brain just can't think quickly enough.

Yep, I second VRoute - never failed on me yet. Only problem is, if you're looking for a route that isn't in the database. To purchase the latest AIRAC cycle for it, go to the navigraph site, and under the same section that you downloaded the PMDG 747 data from will be one for VRoute. Just download that, and install it; that's it!

Yeah, the Italian B aint bad, but it;s faster than the other one I use - so, whenever you throttle up, that lovely "Trumpet of Jericho" siren keeps wailing! Yup, at the aero club a bit, but normally on weekends you'll find me under the Tiger or Changa or at the AHC! Be great to meet you dude!

Great to have a little insight there, thanks for the post! I see RealNZ Marlborough didn't win the scenery award in the end, tough call against St Maarten for sure. BUT being good enough to be nominated is already an accolade, and would've been noticed by many voters. Hope the Christmas sales figures reflect this too!

Intriguing add-on indeed. The thing that put me off though, was the fact that only a small area has a higher res mesh (higher res = 75m), the rest is really low res. Since the moon is basically a big chunk of rock, I'd only be interested if you get at least a 40 mesh preferentialy covering the whole moon. Having a moon ground texture draped over a very generic surface doesn't sound that appealling to me... Christian

Very possible they only did the Air NZ Internationals and 737 domestics, alot of AI developers seperate out Air NZ and Air NZ Link into two packages for some reason, or they may have just not found suitable models to include.

As far as I know, you can download drivers for your graphics card to do the red-blue thing and just but some $2 shop red-blue glasses. But it sounds interesting, no doubt with a hefty price tag

I'm not entirely sure how accurate the routes that are generated in FS are, because I don't use them. The best source for the real world routes is at the AIP website. Just go to the section of aerodrome charts, choose the airport you are going to fly from, and find the chart that pertains to 'Standard Route Clearances.' This is generally the real world route /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif />
