That is one hell of a nice looking aircraft.

I think when Manfred dose the LC/C-117D it would really catch my attention , he has not stopped at the one variant so i'm guessing that one is only around corner ice block shop . cool.gif

I know he is working on an update to the C-47 / DC-3 package, to bring it to the level of this one (which is the C-117D btw).
Meanwhile, you can find ZK-AQU here

Here we go JK , from the book and publication by Tony Phillips , ' "Gateway to the Ice" Christchurch International Airport - Antarctic Air Links from 1955 ' one for your shelf .

Very nice repaints and paintwork Jan. I am impressed. (Hope you have your paintbox ready for the Just Flight DC-8. Air NZ and JAL are top of my list!)

This is a very, very, good aeroplane and a welcome addition to my crazy collection. Have not given it a real work out yet. Simple circuits are not a drama at all even with Accusim to mess you up. If Manfred can fix the interior of the standard C-47/DC-3 he has my vote for modeller of the decade. His C-47 is the most accurate their is in FSX world and the most realistic C-47 around, the level of detail is excellent, but being stuck with the crappy MS default cockpit is a real pain. This C117 is just great.

That's what you get when working with crappy photos for an example, and I know next to nothing about the Maori language...I'll see if I can change things

Bendyflyer: we'll have to wait and see with the DC-8. Ever wondered why there are so few paints for JF aircraft?

I've been trying to resist this new Jahn marvel as I'm currently bogged down with installing scenery and other repaints.

Then I saw Jan Kees' new paints. That didn't last long. Installed! thumbup1.gif

Great work JK clapping.gif
