Touring Aircraft?

Discuss aircraft addons and repaints for Flight Simulator here

Postby ScottyB » Sat May 11, 2013 3:26 pm

Hi guys,

I am in need of a payware aircraft to do some tours in. The C90B that I am currently using is probably a bit unrealistic as a touring type aircraft. I am wanting one about the size of the Beech Baron, preferably a twin, with GPS (preferably Garmin 430).

Any that spring to mind?

Cheers

Yes. I don't have them but the Milviz Baron and 310R are highly recommended and if i was considering a lightish piston twin that's what I would get. Both have GNS430s from memory

I know this is a bit late to post this, but Alabeo is very close to releasing a Piper PA38 Tomahawk for FSX, and Just Flight has one that's compatible with both FSX and FS2004. There are a couple of NZ repaints available for the FS2004 JF Tommy, but I've not seen them for the FSX version. Tommy's are not especially fast, but they fly well, looks good, and have great visibility, so they make for nice cruisers. You might also want to consider Bill Ortis' Piper Pacer/Tripacer pack from Lionheart Creations for FSX if that's what you're running...
