I was asked to do a paint of the 'Barn Cub' (look here: http://rangerairfield.org/general/movie/) and while looking for pics, I came across something you guys might like:

and the barn cub of course:

Actually, there's a real lack of NZ J-3-C Cub repaints ... especially ZK-AHC (hint! hint!) wink.gif

Dunno, Ian; but they look seriously cool. cool.gif laugh.gif Only other model of the J3 Cub to ever wear spats/pants was Bill Lyon's FS2002-Fs2004 Cub Flyers Special (a real limited edition only available to Golden Eagle Squadron members).

"Bill Lyon's " now theres a blast from the past. I still have most of his stuff. The pipers, moths, and those lovely Ryans.

Cool finally a NZ repaint of the A2A Cub...I don't have it becaue at the time the lack of a NZ repaint put me off but now I'm thinking its a little slow and I'm waiting for the new A2A GA aircraft instead...betcha there are plenty of guys here that appreciate the NZ repaint in any case. BTW my dad has a 1/3rd scale RC model of ZK-AHC

Thanks Jankees, downloaded and installed as soon as I saw this! Off to do some flying now and maybe will buzz Ian's place to give him a chance to see what he's missing out on!
