I'm not familiar with the type (what's the NZ connection Ian?) but I really like that, even if it does look a bit like an AirTruk on steroids... ninja.gif

Aerosoft stuff is always superb so I think I'll definitely be treating myself when the boxed version comes out! Looking forward to roaring around the country in that, and scaring the sheep. laugh.gif

Thanks for the screens. thumbup1.gif

During the Vietnam war we had many transfer pilots in different roles , one well known happens to a Forward Air Controller and had his name stenciled on the aircraft , a Bronco , contrary to what has been said about New Zealand being involved in combat during the war .

I do like this aircraft, and especially these screens.
You been cleaning the SS camera or what?

They are still in use in South America.
I reckon they should re-open the production line, can't think of a better drug-buster craft...

Good idea (and seriously considered recently by the USAF) but most of the market has now gone as most of the OV-10s (and A-37s) in South America and Asia have ben replaced by Super Tucanos..which incidentialy has also ben chsoen by the USAF

Just like America , when they want a dedicated warplane for a specific role they really build one .

Camera cleaning ... i took ShadeX out to compare the difference .

Good view from the front seat , move a little more forward in the cockpit , i almost gives the feeling you can place kneeboards on the dash .

An interesting Patch now 1.12 , just for us multiplayers .... Done a shared cockpit flight in the L-39 .. that was fun ... this will be a wide ride in a Bronco cool.gif

HISTORY

1.00 online release
1.10 full build with all models
1.11 small fix for sound issues and low framerate on view change
1.12 multiplayer update, makes the airraft fully usable in multiplayer (see note below)
modest increase of fps, certainly when GPS is used.

---------------------------------------

MULTIPLAYER

- In order to to use the Bronco X in Shared cockpit, both the host and the joining Bronco must have the Checklist gauge disabled. To do this simply locate the OV10a_ch.CAB file found here (note this must be done for the versions that will be used in shared cockpit mode): \..\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Aerosoft OV-10B\Panel\ And rename it to OV10a_ch_OFF.CAB.

Awesome!!! thanks for sharing Ian, I just bought this on sale the other day, am definately keen to try shared-cockpit with you/anyone.
Does anyone know what other FSX models are shared-cockpit compatible? Seems like its mostly confined to base models shipped with FSX?
Am especially interested in airliners.

Great plane plane , L-39 is a great ride .. and with Kade driving .. you had to be in the back to make sure he kept the engine running tongue.gif
