Being a fan of A2A, formerly Shockwave, I have been leaning on them to re-do the Lancaster in pure FSX. I've got a lot of their products, and I did read somewhere that they are developing a Lanc. I recently bought their Corsair, which is pretty average at the moment, but I think it may be upgraded with Accusim in the future which I will definately buy.
I have the A2A P-47, which is a great plane, but not one of my favourites so I tossed up whether to get the Accusim for it, or buy the new Aerosft Catalina. the Cat won out, based on my hope that the Corsair is Accusim'd soon. Unfortunately on my average system, the Cat doesn't run so well, and there is nothing more miserable than having to turn down the settings with such a well designed (and detailed) model!! I should have learned that lesson when I bought the Aerosoft F-16 a while ago...Ah well, they will still be there when I upgrade my system.
That reminds me, A2A are also doing an Accusim pack for the WOP 2 B-17. It is already a good model with kind frame rates, so Accusim on that should be great!
