Here is our 5th monthly Screenshot Competition, which is free to enter for all the members of NZFF.

Congrats to Alistair once again, he retains the title of NZFF Screenie Champion for the second month after winning the August competition.

This month's rules are as follows:

1) The screenshot must be from FS2004, and the position of the shot must be somewhere over New Zealand territory.

2) The image size must be as close as possible to 984 pixels wide- read the uploading screenshot guide to find out how to re-size your shot.

3) Images can be submitted from September 1st to September 31st 2006, with only one entry per member. You can change your submission if you want, just delete the old one and replace it with a new one.

4) On September 31st, a poll will open and run for a few days to decide who has the best image, then the winner will have a cropped version of there image appear in the NZFF banner!

5) Editing is allowed, if you know how to do it. The more stunning your shots look the better!

6) This month we request that each screenshot entered has something to do with the 'Cook Straight' ... how you go about displaying that is up to you...

Let the games begin! :ph43r:

Ian... what on earth is that aircraft?

It looks like a mini jumbo with props, very stange!

I remember reading about it once in a history of NZ aviation book- I seem to remember passengers and cars shared the same compartment or something... just can't remember the aircraft type.

Also, I would love to download it for fs9- got a link?

Please excuse a "critical question"...

Natas - isn't the Kiwi in the NZ roundel supposed to face forward? I know the roo on the Aussie military stuff has to.

Sorry for being awkward... I am curious. ;)

good point cbris but its not military and even the colours are fiction i only made it for something different ,,the logo doesnt really mean much to me just an (O) and a kiwi this is just the first of many repaints for these aircraft and for 30min each i was even thinking about what was right ...just what looked good to me ,,on the other side you would find that it is facing forward ,,actully the side i did first if thats anything  thanx for letting me know anyway for future repaints

i hope this wont afect the voting this month as its nearly the only chopper posting each month for us rotorheads ,,you other rotorwing guys still have till the end of the night to do our part :D

cheers mike ;)
