Hello again smile.gif

After the summer vacation I hardly found any time for FS - now it is getting a bit better. Manfred will release an FSX version of RAF Gutersloh, so stay tuned if you have FSX.

Some AI news. Mike Pearson has released the the very long awaited B-52, completing a model originally started by Jake Burrus. Furthermore he released a Fiat G.91 Gina and will release several other very much awaited aircraft - including some fitting this thread's theme - the coming weeks.
Nick Black has made a short reappearance from retirement and has released an AI Dassault Super Étendard (just getting an update, so download link is temporarily down).
John Young has - aside from the Harrier GR.3 on Charl's shots - released a Sea Vixen.
Mark Griggs has released a Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II and a Airbus A330 MRTT/KC30 Voyager and is - for the time being - taking a leave from AI development.
Miljan Korac has release a KAI KT-1B together with Mark Griggs and a Utva Lasta-95N.
Brian Franklin has released a Hawker Siddeley Nimrod.

You find all download links at The Owl's Nest Military AI Reference, which just happened to cross 2.500 listings this week.

This year has given us AI models like never before, and there are still months to go... smile.gif Some very cool aircraft are on peoples development lists, several officially announced like Mike Pearson's F-100, F-101, F-102, F-105 & F-106.
Cheers,
Martin

Mike Pearson certainly has hit his stride, they are coming thick and fast!
Just haven't seen too many flightplans for these offerings.

I now have a Cold War Military sim which just grew all by itself.
It got so big I had to make an entirely separate FS9 install for it!

A chilly morn indeed , be interesting to find out how many B-25s and how long they did operate after WWII in the Soviet Union.

Fictional.

GDR brought a pair of 727 in 1984.

In other dimension...F-19A Kestrel flying with spanish markings.

A soviet Mig-21MF took off with the SPRD rockets in Poland.

Nice screens .. funny I was not that far away from the Kestrel design with a possible what if ? I was pretty close , The 727 may also be not that far from the truth , many old hulls ended up in some off the stranges places.

Russia build in the same time: aircraft: 112.100

Little known of the B-25 and its operations in Russia evening during the war tho strangely there is a well known and published colour photo which is not dated.
